Michigan Ave. Stairs Closed for repair - June 20th, 2008

The Stairs by the Wrigley Building will be closed for repair for the rest of the season. The alternate route to the dock will be to use the stairs from Michigan Avenue between the Wrigley Building and Walgreen’s just a little north of the main stair way by the Wendella Boat dock. We apologize for the inconvenience. Monthly passes are available onboard each taxi for purchase along with all the other CWT products. Thank you

Come out and see the CWT and adopt a duck. Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby Special Olympics Illinois. Friday, August 8, 2008 at
12 noon - Columbus Drive Bridge- Chicago River. You can find adoption papers onboard all the water taxis and also on Wendella tour boats.

More than 30,000 ducks will splash into the Chicago River off the Columbus Drive Bridge.

Special Earth Hour promotion! - March 20th, 2008

The CWT is proud to be a participant in this global event on climate change. www.earthhour.org

On Friday March 28th if you bring a receipt from the purchase of energy efficient light bulbs or bring the light bulbs you can ride for FREE ALL DAY! It’s a small gesture for us to make on this huge issue but we hope some riders will take advantage of the free rides. Look for other GREEN events onboard the CWT in the future.
